SHIPPING INFO

FYT Laboratories LLC, ships via primarily via United Parcel Service, however on occasion we will use the USPO, and FedEx depending on your location.

UPS ISSUES AND POLICY

Please be aware that UPS requires a signature for all packages so make sure you're home to sign (or someone is). Better yet, have us ship to your place of business if they will allow it- just think of the envy you'll receive from your co-workers upon opening the package in front of their curious eyes. Also, we can not honor requests to leave packages at the front door, or with a neighbor -- YOUR SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
The likelihood of this happing is about the same as you kicking Heath Herring's ass in the cage, but if for some reason it does happen, hit us with an email at: customerservice@fyt.tv. Just let us know what happened- and well work to fix it. For additional information see RETURNS below.

WHEN ARE ORDERS SHIPPED
Most orders received before 3:00 PM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped either the same or following day. Weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday. We are our own manufacturer- as such, we are rarely out of stock on apparel or grooming products. If so, we will ship as soon as we are able to create more...often within one week.

HOW ARE ORDERS SENT
FYT Laboratories LLC, ships most U.S. orders via UPS Ground (usually 3-5 days). Orders will only be delivered on normal business days (Mon-Fri).
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their associated prices.

FREE SAMPLES
We will on occasion include free samples in certain orders and welcome you to experience these new grooming products as they are included. If you you soap on your hair, well that's your problem so just kick the samples to a bro, or girlfriend. If you have no friend or can't keep a chick- that's not our problem...it's your partner.

LEGAL STUFF REGARDING OUR PRODUCTS
FYT Laboratories LLC, fyt.tv, fytgirl.com have thoroughly researched and strongly believe in all the products we offer on our site (like duh) However, you must know that we're not medical experts, doctors or dermatologist, we're just a few guys in cali with a big dream. And because of that, we aren't aware of any specific medical conditions that you may have. The reason we say this is to let you know that you should check with your doctor before radically changing any part of your daily health or grooming regimen. Use common sense when trying any new products or grooming regimens as they provide different results for different people.

On the apparel side- don't wear stripes on TV, and remember this above all else: please for the love of god, don't rock stonewash denim with any of our tees. If you still have some of those jeans, we don't know what to think- really.

RETURN POLICY

All products unopened and returned within 21 days of purchase will be fully refunded. We do not accept any returns on grooming accessories once opened or used. Returned products must be accompanied by a receipt and sent postage paid. Before we will accept any return you must contact us for a return authorization (RA) number- please email customerservice@fyt.tv or call 818-760-8008. We'll need a quick description on what's up- and we'll take care of it right away.
